I participated in two Art Therapy sessions with Cassie as part of the ‘Art + Plant Wisdom’ workshop. This was a profound experience for me. The sessions helped me unpack some stifled emotions and factors which were contributing to the frustrated way I was feeling at the time. In turn, the sessions helped me make a big decision I need to make to move forward with my situation. Thank you, Cassie, for helping me unlock those emotions. Doing this in a creative way brought me such joy. I look forward to art therapy with Cassie again.

I attended a workshop with Cassie and Kristin of Cape Naturopathics a few months ago. These two ladies are beautiful souls who walk this land with appreciation and love for all that it has to offer. They brought us into their space and hearts, sharing their knowledge. I felt secure and heard, loved and enlightened.

Both women are incredible in their own way… and together they are a great force. The space was so lovely and warm, it felt like a home away from home. The food was divine, an abundance of delicious flavours. It had rained that day, but faces were still smiling, and we were showed the wonders this land has to offer.

Meditation and sound, along with the process of art therapy, was a great combination allowing us to tap into any thoughts that may have been locked away. Overall, it was a beautiful workshop which was held by beautiful women. I’m grateful for what I have learnt and what I can share with others. At the end of the day, my cup was full (as well as my goodie bag and tummy).

Attending a workshop facilitated by Cassie is quite honestly like finding a cool oasis in a desert of chaos. When I am there I genuinely relax and fully sink into the lush-ness of it all, forgetting worldly worries altogether. I highly recommend Cassie’s Sacred Art, Sacred Story workshop. From the beginning of the day, I felt totally relaxed, nourished and held in a space that allowed me to drop into a creative flow and also feel comfortable enough to share myself within a group. I was lucky to attend the launch of Cassie’s Heartistry workshop. It was a beautiful sunny day and the retreat space was flooded with light and good vibes. The day unfolded in a gentle structure of welcoming, sharing and creative play with different mediums on offer. Following sharing and expression we were invited to consolidate our energies and go within to the harmonic rhythm of Cassie’s sonorous drum, our energy bodies cleansed with sage. A marvellous day unfolded, creating and meeting our inner artist in the sacred land on the property, sharing delicious food and drinks and a diverse range of activities to discover the depths and diversity of our creativity. Cassie has an authentic, raw, deep and beautifully honouring way of conducting ceremony and guiding the process of exploration. It was such a privilege and a joy to be a part of this and I so look forward to more events to come.

Cassie holds space with integrity. She is able to conduct a circle with a rare and deft ability; with a lightness of touch and a sensitivity that is open to all; giving just enough direction and allowing enough adventurous space.
