Hi, I’m Cass

I am a writer, creativity coach + art therapist. I’m deeply passionate about honouring the authentic, creative self—because when we do, profound healing follows. We start living more full and abundant lives, step away from what no longer serves us, and become active creators of a thriving, intentional life.

My superpower is spotting the gold no one else sees. I live for those moments when a client breezes past something, nonchalantly, while I’m hitting pause, scribbling down the gem they just dropped.

I craft everything from SEO-friendly website copy to wildly creative content. Whether I am ghostwriting, editing or deep within a creativity container, I am forever inspired by the people that find their way to me. I see each creative project as part of a larger revolution—reshaping the world, one story at a time.

My mission is to help others develop a healthy relationship with their creativity—unlock their inner voice, reclaim their self-expression, rewire old habitual patterns and gain fresh perspectives. This work absolutely + unequivocally lights my fire, and the transformations are real: blooming confidence, renewed clarity and most importantly, deep reconnection.

These days you’ll find me in the lush hills behind Byron Bay on Bundjalung country hanging out with my family and resident kookaburras. I love a good coffee, book + nature hike. I’m a bass guitarist and singer/songwriter in a band with no name. Committed to learning new skills until the day I die; I’m currently learning to play the piano and have begun writing my first book.

I look forward to supporting you in your creative journey.

Thank you for being here.
